Swedish Massage
One of the most common and well-known massage techniques Swedish massage is a vigorous system of treatment designed to relax and energize the body with stimulating circulation. Judy uses a combination of kneading, rolling smooth strokes (effleurage), with the application of lotion or oil. Benefits include relaxation, improved circulation, dissolution of scar tissue adhesions and reduction of inflammation

Deep Tissue
Techniques that utilize deep tissue/deep muscle massage to affect the sub-layer and musculature and fascia. It is used for rehabilitation of chronic muscular pain and injury and reduces inflammation related to arthritis and tendonitis

Neuromuscular, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point
These advanced techniques are effective therapeutic approaches in the relief of cervical pain, back pain, restriction of motion, chronic pain and headaches
